Definitions
“We/us/our” refers to Winch & Blatch Ltd and “you” means a user/users of this website; “product” means a product displayed for sale on this website, being at www.winchblatch.co.uk; “personal information” is details provided by you; working days mean Monday – Saturday and exclude public holidays.  Next weekday means Monday – Friday.

Accuracy
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, descriptions and photography are correct at the time the information was entered on to the system.  Colours, textures and finishes vary according to your monitor and computer equipment.

Contract creation

You place an order for the products by pressing the confirm button at the end of the transaction.  We will send you an order acknowledgement followed by a dispatch confirmation email.  Order acceptance from us and the completion of the contract between us and you takes place when we dispatch the products you have ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.  Reasons not to accept your order include non-availability of item(s); incorrect price or product information; failure to get payment authorisation; delivery address outside our delivery area.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel this contract within 7 working days from receipt of the goods by giving us notice by emailing your cancellation to sales@winchblatch.co.uk.  As it is our policy to process orders immediately it may not be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.  If you wish to prevent dispatch, please telephone us on 01787 373737 or email sales@winchblatch.co.uk as soon as possible after placing the order.  After dispatch, our Delivery and Returns Policy applies.
