Delivery and Returns
Next day delivery
Orders received by 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on that day by Citylink for next weekday delivery.  Orders received after 2pm on Fridays and over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the next weekday for next weekday delivery.
When your item is dispatched we will send you a confirmation email which includes a link to Citylink to track your order. Citylink will make two attempts to deliver your parcel and will leave a postcard on each occasion that you are not available.
If you require delivery to more than one address you will need to prepare a separate order for each address and each order will incur a delivery charge if applicable.
Christmas and New Year Deliveries

Orders placed by 2pm on 31st December:  delivery on 2nd January, 2013. 

Free Delivery to England, Wales and selected postcodes in Scotland

Free next weekday delivery is available for orders £45 and over to the whole of England and Wales and selected postcodes in Scotland.* For orders below £45 delivered to these areas, the cost is a flat rate of £4.99 per parcel.

All AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV1 – IV2, all KY, KA (except KA27 and KA28 which are in Scottish Islands), all ML, PA1 – PA19,
PH1 – PH18, all TD. 

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands
 
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands have a flat rate of £14.75 up to 5kg for a signed for next weekday delivery by the Royal Mail.
 
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
 
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland have a flat rate of £9.95 per parcel up to 10kg for delivery by 17.30 the next weekday in most cases. More remote areas have a 2-day service. Please check your tracking link for the latest update.
 
International Deliveries
 
Deliveries to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg and the Netherlands have a flat rate of £13.50 for up to 15kg. Please allow 2 days for delivery by Citylink. For any other country, please request an individual price.
 
Store collection
Orders received by 2pm Monday-Saturday will be normally available for collection by 3.00pm on the same day. Please await your confirmation email before setting out on your journey.  Select click and collect on the delivery option during checkout.
Returns Policy
You may return unwanted goods within 7 working days for a full refund or exchange. Working days are Monday – Saturday and exclude public holidays. Goods must be unused, in their original, saleable condition and with their original packaging and labelling. We will refund the original card you used to make your purchase on receipt of your returned goods. Exceptions to this policy are mattress protectors, pillows and duvets and cut lengths of net curtaining and wipe-clean cloth. 
In person: to our store in Sudbury, Suffolk. You will need your order confirmation or delivery note and we will refund the original payment card used.
By post: send your goods at your own expense to Winch & Blatch Ltd, King St, Sudbury CO10 2EN. We recommend recorded delivery as we cannot credit any items that we do not receive or which are damaged in the post.
Faulty Goods
In the event of your receiving faulty goods or goods damaged in transit, please email us at sales@winchblatch.co.uk or telephone the store on 01787 373737 between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday-Friday and 8.30am – 5pm on Saturdays.  It will be quicker if you have your order number to hand.
